The Run of Life: Breaking Free From the Run of the Mill

The run of life generally is regarded as your unique run through life, with events and highlights in the individual life event/running log. But so many of us also choose to be in a run of the mill rut, day after day feeling monotonous and predictable. To fully experience the run of life, we must become unshackled from these routines and embark on new escapades.

We often forget that each day opens up the possibility of leaving behind the run of the mill life (this can be achieved through forethought or you can do it deliberately, so that your physiology accompanies you). Whether it’s a new hobby, visiting another city or breaking out of your food rut and trying the other restaurant: Minor changes can reinvigorate run of life

For a lot of them, the secret is realizing that routine doesn’t have to be their identity, but that they can write their own story and mind that there is exciting stuff happening. When you break out of the run of the mill cycle, your EXPERIENCING whatever around you. And at the end, life’s run can be a rich tapestry of experience — colorful and meaningful.
